We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will proactively build relationships with healthcare professionals, identify opportunities, and deliver extraordinary customer service throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short term/long term contract assignments.
• Proactively engage prospective candidates, assess qualifications, understand their goals, and match them with job opportunities.
• Educate candidates on the benefits of partnering with Dzeel.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, resume databases, and strategic planning.
• Ensure clinicians meet all company, client and regulatory credentialing and compliance standards.
• Maintain excellent relationships with candidates and clients by providing outstanding support and follow through.
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast paced environment with urgency and focus on results.
• Contribute to a collaborative, client centered culture focused on quality and service.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success (sourcing / qualifying talent) in the healthcare staffing industry.
• 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare staffing industry (required).
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards and other strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities - able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in recruitment tools and systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations and credentialing requirements.
